yeah, the front air dam and the rear quarters were rusty and repairing that was so pleasant that i'm going to redo the front inner fenders. plus the car has some bubbles in the paint at the front of the passenger rocker and around one of the side markers. not sure what i'm going to do about that.

i hope to get time to take the subframe out, welded, cleaned up and back in before the month is over

i don't find this engine support super safe. also i'm biding on a holley carb on ebay right now so stay tuned for that.

The main reason for buying was the colour combo on it.

She needs some love and some air but its all happening as we speak.
Il defo be on for some air advice.
Thanks, can't wait to see the progress on your, any questions let me know. also my car was actually repainted china blue in the 80s, but your blue and tan combo looks awesome.

    Caramel color but clean...

    Thoughts? Haha
looks good in the picture, i'm just not much of a diesel fan, but you could always swap it over to a 4sp manual...

    thanks man, i appreciate it.

anyways, the year has come to a close, sad i know. so this is the last picture in 2012 of the benz

currently it's up on jack stands next to a laundry list of stuff that i would like to finish up on her before the spring time.

the list being: replacing most the rubber parts in the front end, address some rust issues, and so on.
