Thanks for the rad comments guys, always excited to see new people getting hyped off this project thread.
Per usual, I unfortunately don't have any new updates on the roundie. However this might slightly hold you guys over for a tiny bit, it's a little design I recently made that I had CNC plasma cut out of some 3/16" steel plate by my shop neighbor. Might redesign it slightly and try to sell them at some point:
I was also messing around with some forced patina recipes and tried using it as a stencil of sorts and came up with this weird piece. I used old motor oil to darken the tires. I randomly brought it with me to the swap meet a few weeks later and sold it for $10 to a guy who had a BMW fanatic brother:

I specifically made an account to comment on and subscribe to this thread. You sir, do some amazing work. I'm really excited to see this thing come together in the future. Also, thank you for documenting your build so well, it made for an entertaining 5+ hours of my day.
PS. For the people hoping for an actual update; I apologize.

Your furniture design is awesome man. The metalwork is so sharp and bold which makes for some really cool looking structures. Combined with the neatly finished wood it doesn't come over too industrial, there's a really nice balance of sharp man made lines, and natural wooden shapes.
In short I love what you're doing, with both your furniture design and your '02 for that matter!
