    my E30 has been off at a workshop for 18mths or so for an SR conversion :-/ if only i had time/space/skills to get stuck in myself!

    finally made some more progress, body work is done and the car is painted. I painted the engine bay and jams myself but I had a friend paint the exterior of the car. I also got my crank and pistons put in, head is mounted and torqued just have to put the rest of the parts on.

    Love the build. You sir have amazing skills. Dislike the wheel choice. I like the first ones best. The directionals seem too modern for a car that old. But I guess it makes sense with all the other upgrades made to the car.

    finally got the rest of my motor parts in. All of the main rod and crank bolts are ARP along with the head studs.
    Turbo, intake manifold and valve cover got powdercoated marroon. The color looks darker in person.
