I'm currently at a loss for words about this thing.
The fab skills, the insane idea of it all. Unbelievable.

This may have been covered a few pages back, but those wheels are Enkei's that you had the lips widened by weldcraft? I have always wanted to try that as a cost effective way to have cool wheels.

Thanks, man. But it all came at a price. I've destroyed three cars learning what I've learned!

Finished plating my bumper rebar tonight, Nothing exciting but had a couple hours into it, so deal with the pictures.

Should have my bell crank pivot back Thursday, so brake operations will resume Thursday night.

So, never staying home to do laundry again. Spent a lot of money. Gas tank will no longer be factory. That was literally the last piece on the car I've never replaced.

    10 gal fuel cell.

Operation: make the lolcavalier completely indestructible from the underside is officially 100% sorted out.

How often to you need to fill up your master cylinder? If it's more than once a year your car needs help. There's a low-fluid sensor in the master itself, so I'm not worried in the least.

I'm still sceptical! I can't blame you at all, but I thank you for the kind words!

I really wish your car was going to be out this year. I need someone local to cruise with! Either that, or I'll just have to buy a bike.

Got a text message today saying my dash would be in paint by the end of the week, and then he'll start the bezel. Pretty excited to hear that already.

Not working on the car tonight, I'm doing laundry.

You know that pair of boxers you **** because they're just too small and you save them because it means one extra day you can go without doing laundry? Yeah, I'm wearing that pair today.

This is normally where I would reply to comments, questions and concerns, but I'll just leave a big empty space to signify my tears:

Started my bell crank last night, again, might actually work! I'll let the pictures do the talking 'cause I don't feel like typing anymore.

Having the inner rod machined and center-drilled today or tomorrow, then I can build the top bracket, and start the linkage. I know what you're thinking, "That booster rod is sitting on the column support." You're not wrong, but it has yet to be modified. RELAX.

It's not overly difficult, first few pages of my build take care of that.

The radio bezel is getting massaged pretty heavily, the dash and dash pad should look factory, though.

Had a side-job today so I tossed the front end back on the car and pushed it outside. Decided for ease of working under the dash, I'd back the car in this time.

Got around to making my booster bracket tonight, so far, flawless execution.

    Step by step:

    And tacked in place:

Very, very bad pictures. It's hard to get my dang phone jammed in there.

Regardless, so far I'm still confident this is going to work, hahaha.

Threw the front sheetmetal on and took pictures of Mike's car and mine.

    Life

    is

    GOOD.

So I came up with this, to use a PTO shaft clip from a tractor. Now, they definitely don't fit like I want. The pin is obviously too long, and it is also 1/8" too skinny. I'll likely wind up making my own pins and fashion the steel clip over to them. This gives me a good idea of what to base my idea off of, though.
