    Got solid work done this weekend. Feel like I'm in a good place now as from here on out, I'll just be installing parts and moving forward.

    Despite how hard he tries, Clay just can't help but be awesome. So he painted my engine bay.



    Most of the long block is assembled. Really been enjoying this part, as I feel everyone needs the "Built a Pushrod V8" hole punched on their man card.

    Yeah, I tried to make that dip and a few of the bumps look as good as I could. They are still visible if you really look for them, but I suspect most will look past the defects once everything is back together. I probably have 5-6 solid days into the bay at this point, so I'm okay moving on even if its not perfect.

    Got a good bit of progress done this weekend. Body work finished up and sprayed primer. It's not perfect, but should look pretty clean once painted with motor in there.
