What exactly is flocking?

The first flock has been finished. I touched it too soon, so there are a couple of small spots here and there which are not perfect. That bothers me. I will pull it out and touch it up when I flock the center console.

Flock showed up today, work will start first thing in the morning before a buddy shows up for me to take measurements for a strut bar.

Picked up a center console that doesn't have an armrest, I hear the car is a lot easier to drive without it. I'm thinking of flocking the entire thing, but does anyone think that may be too much flock in one area?

I'd also like to flock the top sections of the door panels and the vent surrounds. Thoughts?

On a build-related note, the RF ABS wheel speed sensor arrived in the mail today. When that goes in, I plan to tinker a bit with the fenders and suspension. We'll see how that goes.

I like that reflection rolling shot in a wheel. Will look much better with the arch gap closed up a bit

id say get smaller wheels with a bit of stretch and lower it more but what do i know

17s are perfect for the Focus body, but if you look at my plans, I will be doing both of your other suggestions in time.
