I wonder if you couldn't have sent your old bushings to energy suspension and have them cook some urethane ones for you. Can't be that hard to do when you have the original stuff.
Maybe even some of their 'universal' stuff would've worked.

I am sure they would have something, but I like to use OEM parts when I can

I am not to sure about the exhaust tips so close to the drivers window. Sound and fumes would go almost into the drivers face while driving.

It takes a certain kind to drive a hotrod like that! The owner was driving it with no floor (literally sitting on a blanket placed over frame rails) so I doubt the exhaust bothered him much

Granted he was only driving it very very short distances
