Didnt do much yesterday, started sanding the seam on the sides of the dash.

Haha I'm glad you all like them. They are Centerline REV's. Forged 3pc welded in all custom specs. I felt like they were a good style that fits the era and style of the fc. Not to mention they are light and will be very strong. It also doesn't hurt that centerline hooked it up with a partial sponsorship

They are external reservoirs they help prevent shock fade. I chose these because they are rebound and compression adjustable

Beat me to it. I used to ride snowmobile a lot and you saw remote reservoir shocks on the higher end sleds. It's funny really, shocks for a sled can run you $2k easy whereas decent coils for a car are $1000-1500ish depending on what you go for.

Anyways, I've followed this build for a while and just never commented on it. Looks awesome man. Love all the fab work.

Cut the slits for the outer attaching points on the dash

Beadrolled a lip around the front of the dash to relieve it and stiffen it

Heres where i notched the framerail for the exhaust to rest in. Later i'll plate it in obviously.

Also made the ruber flaps to cover the holes on the radiator shroud.
when stationary the fans will suck them shut, but at speed they will be able to blow open so that the fans alone dont restrict flow. The dimples also stiffened the piece a lot since my fans are pretty heavy.

Well, yesterday i picked up my driveshaft from Adams Driveline. They utilized the driveshaft I already had from Grannys Speedshop utilizing my new 8" slipyolk and rear conversion flange.

I spent a few hours making a custom shroud for Edafe's (Royal_T on here) Ron Davis Radiator he has in his awesome 350z build.
