A lot has happened since my last update whocares.
Made a new waterline since the first one got messed up welding the bung to it.

Turned the bung down on the lathe, and the welds laid down really well. I just need to cut the longer side.

Got the harness laid out very well, it looks so good imo. So many wires!

The harness comes from the computer, wraps around the ds valve cover, runs through the valley between the head and block, remaining wires go around the back of the intake manifold and run down the opposite side of the motor with the last lead ending at the throttle body.

All thats left is to fit the split loom on the wiring.

    My kid got a haircut

    Now for the big news!

I cant run it long because there is no serpentine belt on the motor at the moment due to the PS not finished and no water in the motor because i need to change lines out.

Here's a list of stuff I need to get done before I can start driving and testing it:
    -Split loom on harness
-Mount PS cooler and run lines
-Install new water line, fill and bleed cooling system
    -Bleed brakes
-Machine new tie rod extensions for use with 5/8" heims so i can run high misalignment spacers(currently binds)
    -Bolt in drivers seat
    -Wire in gauge sending units
    -Tune motor

I've eaten a bit so heres a few obligatory pics:

    China Garden

    Kaizen Bistro

In the coming week i'll start narrowing that list down. I've been building this car for so long and i can't believe I'm now on the home stretch! Stay tuned!!

I had an old belt that was cut so I routed it correctly and then measured the gap from end to end since it wasn't long enough. Then just added the extra needed to the existing length. Make sure your tensioner is close to the middle of its adjustment too. Hope this helps![/QUOTE]
