Builds looking real good! I hadn't caught up on this build in a long time. I think I was on page four...haven't checked back since then so I decided to read up on it all over again. Real impressive man.

In the past weekish, I've lowered the back a bit more and changed up the trim color. It actually handles better with the back down a touch. It's toed in slightly less in the back at its current height I believe (I've made that adjustable anyways of course), and of course, I'm sure lowering the back helped the caster a tiny bit. It was a bit wonky in the front end coming through hard corners, now it's more well mannered.



Also, it's a bad picture, but I park where I want:


My roomate's dumb friend has a busted ass mercury POS in my driveway, so I was all like "screw it, I'll park in the lawn."

I still need to put in the rest of my black wal mart carpet. Despite how crappy it is, I'm pleased with how it looks compared to the horribly shot stock carpet.

Well, I got rear ended while I was stopped at a red light:






Pretty pissed, playing it by ear as far as the fate of the car. it's worse than it looks, the driver's side quarter panel is pulled in a bit even.


it was a sad day. This happened, and then I went home to find that my roomates grafitti'd all over the common areas of the house, so I moved out the following day after getting checked out by the doctor for the wreck. it's been a really rough few days. Now that My worry about living in that horrible situation is subsiding, the sad state of the car is kicking in. My gut tells me that it's the end of it for me, despite the fact that it drives just fine. It's sad. The car has really been a good friend in the past 6 months. It helped me get my mind off of a relationship ending, and helped me cope with the most stressful job I'll ever have. No matter how crappy things were for me, I always was able to fire up my hooptie, and enjoy what I built.


Pour one out, 21 gun salute, sound the trumpets, put the flag at half mast, have a moment of silence, take a day off work.
