    • MK1 fenders.

Lots of fiberglass sanding off, grinding, and some cuts..... now I have finally got one of the fenders looking decent. Have a full day of welding and grinding on each side, but thats what the weekends for

Also yes as someone pointed out by design the 2002's sweep out back and have a straight cut up front on the rear arch. I shorted the back half of the arch to try to make it more even, but its still got a good amount or rake. At this point its about 1.2" further and I'm content with it. Actually looks really similar to the original bmw outline now.

Hopefully I can finally get it slammed and tucking lip out back. My instagrams: sleven_

I'm having a hard time trying to understand what you mean, could you elaborate?

Where'd you pick those MK1 fenders at? Also, what do you plan on doing with the front portion of the fender that changes shape a bit (best seen in last picture)? Nice work so far!

        • Are you finally settled on the exhaust? Not liking the one in the pic to much, but those fenders are sweet.

            • CubbyChowder- I got them from http://www.klokkerholm.com/. I'm just going to cut that out and add sheet metal. I also have to do the to the back part since I moved it inwards.

The exhaust is staying just going to clean up the cut and adding a rear bumper so its not protruding so much.
