you should run it for a while without the M\\\ Logo on the grill for a lil bit, then keep it that way otherwise the car is simple and very cool. nice work on the style 5s

Yeah buddy the ///M badge is now no longer there! i had taking it off due to it spoiling the look of the car!
Thanks mate, im awaiting word back to where i can get my 5's polished in scotland!
looks great!!! I dont care much for the headlights blacked out but everything else looks top notch..
and shame on the person who ran your amps power wire all the way from under the hood
Thanks.
Ive came to the conclusion i dont care to much for the tints either buddy, i think i wil remove them.. Yeah the amp wire was there when it was a 318 M44 but now its a M52B28 328 the amp power cable is in the boot with the battery.
I havent updated on here for a while so a will bring you up to date with what has been happening!
Just before christmas there i had come accross a slight problem with the car, I was blowing cold air from the heater and the temp gauge was going up to the red..
I orignaly thought it was an headgasket problem but after closer inspection we found it to be a frozen thermostat due to the cold winter weather, Even tho the car had plenty anti freeze i had looked in to it abit further to find out that when the coolent system cools done and the pressure settle that the water does not always cover the thermostat and due to the metal housing projecting the cold which causes it to freeze..
So after sorting that problem out came accros anoher couple days later, The temp gauge and petrol gauge had started to not work.. orignaly thought it was a fuse but after investagating again found it to be faulting wirring under the fuse box, The guys at Chizfab had one of there auto electrician mates come in and solve the problem for me!
I had also spoke to the guys at chizfab about sorting me out a lighting wirring loom to have Euro running lights fitted to my UK spec car and if it was possible to have done,
After them having my car today to sort my wirring problem under the fuse box to my surprise when i picked the car up they had made me up the wirring loom and fitted it with my new Euro running lights in perfect working order!
I had orignaly only asked if it was possible for them to do somthing along them lines as i wanted to have this Running light mod done.. So i was realy surprised to pick the car up be told they had done the mod for me as favor!
Here i will post a couple pics of the car lately and the new running lights.
Over next couple of weeks cars booked back in to chizfab to have more work done before MOT which consists of...
- Chizfab Custom Adjustable Camber Arms (Rear) (Fabricated & Fitted)
- Chizfab Custom Tucked Up Exhaust System (Fabricated & Fitted)
- Custom Made Wiring Harness For Euro Side Markers
- Polybushes Allround Fitted
- Eibach Anti Roll Bars Fitted
And if i can find one im looking for a close ratio Limited Slip Diff
Then :
- BC Racing 32 Way Adjustable Coilovers
- BC Racing Camber Adjustable Top Mounts (Front)
Car can then be set up exactly to how i drive for road and track use!
Ive had experiance with a simalar set up on my last track car and in my opinion if you know how to set it up they are a must have for spirited driving on track or off, the non dampning and camber adjustable Ap racing coilovers i run at the minute are good but dont give me the handling im looking for, i often get a slight touch of understeer that i have to cure with a tad of oversteer at the moment, the car does not act and perform as i think it should or would like it to.
Few other parts to come but they are not in need right at this minute in time!
Just want the car as finnished as possible for upcoming meets and shows.
Yeah i know of dougie from trix bud, Kyle at Chizfab is great has done alot of favors for me and is sorting me out with alot of great one off parts
Thanks,
I wouldnt say murdered lights tbh, They aint actualy as dark as they are in the pictures its due to the camara on me phone dont photo them well i have pictures with a profesional from the car in previous state when i had it mega clean before going euro and you can see through the light no problem it dont realy look tinted its just my bad camara skills mate lol
