    Roddy's STANCED E36 M-SPORT

    How it looked AUG 2010!

Join'd up a while back but i lurked in the background for a while looking at the build threads and admiring the work that goes in to some of these amazing cars

Little bit about the car to explain on the colour first of all,

I started off by tinting my inners and foglights, and also tinting the hole headlight lense

After fitting these i decided to retint my headlights then do my indicators also.

I had then fitted US spec number plate blank

      [/CENTER]

Realy just doing all the easy stuff furst while i was collecting up parts for the next phase off mods

I then finaly got my hands on ACS Carbon fiber front spliter :

Also a set of BBS Style 5's,

Myself and my mate Euan who is a painter to trade and also owns a very nice E30 M3, started refurbing my wheels down at the lockup :

Meanwhile during sorting out the donner car and the conversion to go a head!

          - Wheel Rims Finnished - Silver Metalic 513F
          - Wheel Centers Final Coat - E39 Anthracite Metalic

During actual rim refurb i had sent my old bolts to be shotblasted

          - Collected them had them painted and them started to rebuild the wheels

          Bolts back in :

          Center back together :

Then was awaiting my center caps!

Like i said prevously i had sorted out the conversion to go ahead got a phonecall a day later when i thought the conversion was to be started and to my surprise i was to drop of a few parts as the engine was already fitted and running

            - Pics :

Then again to my surprise not long after that another phonecall to say my arch's have been rolled and pulled to fit my wheel and the coilovers along with everything where on to come and pic the car up.

When i furst seen it :

Small trip to my mates work to show him :

Then after it beded in abit, i realised its low for brittish roads it aint ideal :

Car at this point does need a clean and stuff finnished off but it was a quick summery of how the car got to this point from now on in is where you shall see the car take a change.

            Comments Welcome

I don't think I've seen an e36 with a silver/black thing going on, at least for a while. Definitely nice.

                        Thanks guys,

The stance is still to be corrected yet as i dont think it looks aggresive enough yet..

Spacing the rear wheels out a fair bit and with some fair amount of camber then finnish off the archs to fit perfectly then send to the bodyshop to rectify any inperfections

Doing the same with the front just a tad more than already done, just to have the swage line taking out so they look flush

While at the bodyshop a little bodywork hear and there to make it unique.

Also a fair bit of engine work to go ahead still so alot more to come guys!

not a big fan of most euros, but this one does it for me. love the wheels. looks like there's been a lot of work put into it too.
