        more update

stopping power cannot be ignored

        got these bad boys recently

4 Pot Sumitomo Nissan R32 GTR Calipers, they are pretty damn rare, I was going for the 300zx(Z32) 4 pots, but these are much beefier, efficient and have better stopping power according to people who have used these and the Z32 calipers

        also....

I binned the 35mm spacers as they werent hardcore enough....

        50mm anyone?

thats it for now, still not happy with the stance with the front, it wont go lower due to how the custom coilover was designed, so gonna get them re-done a bit shorter by machining down the piston rod and shaving like 3 inches off the stub axel

I can honestly say that this looks really fucking good! Reminds me a lot of my "build," a relatively rare 80s Japanese sportscar that is pretty much stock other than being lowered on some BBSs that are worth more than the KBB of the car

Seriously though, I like it a lot!

Wow, this is awesome! Instead of blowing all of your money on huge ass spacers you should just throw some new lips on those puppies (50mm = 2 inches) and then you'll be looking even fresher. Great build, really like those custom coils too.

try reverse mounting the lips? might get them to space out a little more, this is one amazing build tho, really makes me regret not taking one of these from my brother inlaw for free

If I could get bigger lips I would

the BBS LM's are not like the usual split rims, the barrel and dish is unified 1 piece, the 2nd piece of the wheel which comes apart is the center

so to have bigger lips, I will need custom barrels and dishes and use the existing centers

this is how they are when split, found this pic on the net

                            Car looks sweet

whats the offset on the LMs?

if you reverse mount the center, you drop the offset by 15mm, thats what i did to my LMs

I'm gonna agree with everyone else who said this, definetly reverse-mount the faces.

But regardless of that, I really like what you've done. Great stuff.

I did reverse the mounting face, but unfortunatley I didnt like the look of it lol

I liked how the center is front mounted, looks more motorsporty in my opinion.

these are very rare LM's due to thier specification

17x9j fronts, 17x10j rears, I had the centers bored out to work with the Nissan fitment, I been told these were Ferrari spec.... but who knows

offset is ET42 fronts, ET50 rears, as you can see, they are very high offset

numbers on the wheels are LM069 fronts and LM070 rears
