Hood Rich II : 1987 BMW E30

I've never heard 'every year' but they definitely do need adjusting every 4-5 years at the very least. Timing belts and valve adjustments are probably #1 and #2 on the M20.

the guy i got it from said that the belt was new. but im having a friend look at the timing this weekend

you do know most 80's bmw's you need to adjust the valves once a year right? probably not adjusted right.

no one has ever told me about this. not any BMW owner i have ever talked to. maybe tho idk. we'll see what happens

i just drove around for a bit, drifitng, trying to get it to heat up, and its not. soo i guess ill just stick with the condensation thing. BUT doesnt explain the knocks...

Seriously though, at least it's not a chocolate milk consistancy. That would be baaaaaaaad, I agree with the consendation comment for now.

Could also just be built up condensation from a warm motor sitting out in the cold. Run it for a while and check it again.

Maybe an e28 Mtech spoiler and the front valence you already have, pretty sure that would help the look out a lot, for me anyway.

OH! i have a BBS spoiler waitng to go on. along with the valance. i wasnt sure if you meant somethign body, or color wise.

Not a fan of the exhaust right now, there's nothing on the car to compliment it at all, I'd probably LOL in your face in person :P

and you should paint those wheels silver or something solid, i don't 'dislike' on XXR but I do 'dislike' on black XXR with T/A stripes
