I've never heard 'every year' but they definitely do need adjusting every 4-5 years at the very least. Timing belts and valve adjustments are probably #1 and #2 on the M20.

i was never a fan of all black wheels, until i got these. they're staying black.
rear will be on coils tonight. idk if ill feel like doing the fronts today or not.
