Use a sick day, that's what I did when I went. Food poisoning on Thursday evening and had recovered enough to be back at work on Tuesday

Also I **** fucking pikeys. Why do they feel the need to start fights everywhere they go? I was in reception and 2 of them decided to have a fight and pull knives on each other, in the middle of a fucking hospital.

Had my work training today..what a load of balls that was. 8 hours of sitting in a room watching shitty dvds and answering questions...all to push trolleys. Which they didn't even cover or tell me what to do(apart from the obvious).

News on the E34 front. Was supposed to pick it up two days ago but the guy couldn't get it TÜVed in time. He went to the TÜV yesterday, car failed because of smog test. He's replacing the O2 sensor and trying again on monday. Hope the car makes it, as I really want it.

Cheers man. I set the dampening to 0 front and rear and it feels like stock did but with feck all travel. It's not as low as I had it but still have only about 30mm chassis rail to ground and it never hits. LOVE these coils. Will be lower in a couple of weeks

It's okay, not much interesting recently. There is a 04 E46 with swirl flap problems for about £700 i think. Going to keep an eye on it

If you do get a bmw, Josh still has his style 95's, I would get them for my 7 but can't be fucked rolling wheels and no drop and don't wanna get into that shit atm
