Damn you move fast Bas! At least sourcing spares isn't too difficult then!

    +1 on the XJS too.

    Did the dirty deed.

Well, just the side moulding is scratched. Already picked up a new one in matching color from a guy I know who parts out A8s... guy currently has 6 of them! Ona A8 4.2 as his daily, one S8 he's fixing up for himself and 3 more 4.2s to part out, along with a TDI to part out.

They all sound like sensible dailys to me.

That said, I'm kinda wanting another car sometime this year.
Dreaming about Porsche 928s, Mercedes 560SEC and Jaguar XJS lately... hurrrr

Kind of finding that I'm less and less excited by cars with less than 8 cylinders...

Some nice wheels, lows, and a can of taillight red on the rears. KABOOM.

    EDIT: some inspiration

If you just ingnore the rust, plastidip it, of rolling it matte black, I think this will be quite a nice and luxury ride for the money

And this one seems quite rust free...

    http://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/de...s47-1_c01_4201

Also: W208 CLK's seem to rust less than the W210 and W202's (which are by far the worst. Like, old Alfra Romeo-bad)
