I know it was a few pages back that we talked about it, but I just realised that you were saying it would be cheaper to have a car that needs custom fabrication done for mounts instead of a car that has bolt on struts?

What's the reasoning behind this? If you couldnt be fucked don't bother, just curious is all haha

Negative. The components for a kit that needs fabricated mounts is cheaper, but then you have to pay labour for someone to fit the components and fabricate bracketry, which in most cases becomes extremely expensive.

Bolt in struts are mors expensive for the components as they are set up in a different way, with the shock running through the center of the bag, there is a lot more involved in the components themselves, but the instalation is much easier.

Either way it would cost pretty much the same.
