Do you guys design your own app icons or source it out? I did a project a while back at work, designed some pseudo app icons (they weren't going to be used for apps but had to look like one). Job didn't go ahead but I enjoyed doing it and I think they came out alright, wondering if I should try and do more for actual developers.

We have a designer in house, so they deal with it.

However, on my personal applications I've contacted a couple of designers to do icons and interfaces.
