There’s something inherently remarkable in witnessing the work of a master craftsman. Russell Lord has clearly spent 45 years honing his skills and perfecting his craft as a diamond mounter, and he’s worked with the finest metals money can buy. In his own time, though, Lord has set out to build a MK2 Ford Escort, putting his talents to work on a project of passion. It might not be quite the kind of Escort you’re expecting, though.
