Peter Aylward returns once again, this time with imagery from the 2018 Goodwood Revival, an event hosted exclusively racing machines from the ’40s, ’50s, and ’60s, complete with attire and festivities to match. The event exists to revive the sights, sounds, and sensations of a time in motor racing that once was. With all attendees participating as part of the theme and theatrics, Goodwood Revival turns back the clocks, giving us all a chance to live, or re-live a golden era of motor racing. Thankfully, for most of us unable to attend, the astoundingly talented Mr. Aylward has delivered a stunning set of images for us to enjoy. Here’s Part I of II, and for more of Aylward’s work, be sure to follow him on Instagram at @peteraylward and check out his website: www.peteraylward.co.uk.
