Here are a couple of the shots I took yesterday at Euro Hangar. Equipment used was a D3200 with just a kit lens. All adjustments made in LR5.

Once I made the jump to Lightroom I never looked back. As I posted above, Photoshop now is really just for detailed cloning and adjustments. I honestly prefer doing most of my adjustments in Lightroom as it's so much easier, even for a single photo. Replicating the same effects in Photoshop is much more tedious now.

I like this, as it shows how I use Lightroom for 90% of my editing, with Photoshop generally only for aggressive cloning of elements etc.

The Photography edition of Creative Cloud (Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.5) is only $10/month. There's absolutely no reason not to get it. If you have a Mac, Aperture is a great program also.

Here's a recent edit. All in Lightroom.

I've heard good things about the cloud. When you consider that the full up CS6 is roughly $400 or so, it's a deal to get the cloud and always have the latest updates from Adobe. I have both CS6 and Lightroom 4 (thank god for my old student discounts!) and can say that I personally do most of my tweaking in LR. Sure photoshop has a million and one more features but are you REALLY going to use all of them? Or simply be adjusting highs/lows, color, and maybe a filter or two?

Some amazing edits in here .... makes me wish I had something better than Photoshop Elements 9. I almost bought cs6, but I'm tempted to go with the monthly 'photographer plan' of the new Photoshop cc

Has anyone tried Photoshop cc? .. is there anything better? I heard Mike Burroughs uses something else, what other options are there? I have a Mac.

Rsanten I like the one with the e36 and the tree. nice and dramatic
It might be a bit dark, looks like it on my monitor at least.

We went on a location scouting mission today, found this thing and well, It led to this

Lens blur on the foreground, tweaked some colors and removed some chromatic aberration.
Thats me by the car so not my photo or camera.

Some of these pics though are like an automotive version of those old "spot the difference" things on the back of cereal boxes and whatnot. Pretty fun

This is an awesome thread idea. Makes me realize just how much potential there is in post. I tend to try and use SOOC stuff as much as possible (I think because in my mind edits are like cheating) but seeing the results here is pretty convincing. Some of these finished pics are amazing and started out as bunk. Nice work erryone
