    I'm using the Sony A200, with an identical lens to you. I really only use it because if it's slight wide-angle, but it does not go blurry when i go over 30mm. It still looks relatively sharp at 70mm.

        that would help.


        and the d3100 kits lenses are VR lenses so you can slow the shutter speed down 4 stops (most i tried) before getting some blur from camera shake. i love this thing

            my only gripe with that is if you autofocus while in movie mode it screws up the audio. you hear alot of the lens motor going instead of what you really want to hear. that shouldn't matter much if you're making a movie with music blaring all the time though.

              update!
              so im getting a nikon d60. with a sigma zoom 18-125mm lens.
              for 380.
              cameras in great condition.
