Well they're rated at like 180hp and about the same tq as an sR I believe. They're only a 1.8L though. But still I can pick up an entire front clip with low miles for like $1K and make it faster than an SR for the price of an SR lol.

I have little experience with sr's and ka's but most people that I talk to (ka and sr owners) agree that sr's are a bit overrated and that turbo ka's are the way to go especially if you already have a ka. I say get the dohc ka, rebuild and turbo it. Torquer, similar hp numbers and they are a lot less tempermental.

JW, why do you have to show a picture of it fixed? Are they paying out of pocket? Or going through insurance? Either way you have total control of the situation if it wasn't your fault and you definitely do not have to fix the car if you don't want to. Unless you are signing some kind of contract I would just take the check and tell them to fuck off.

If they are being a pain, tell them you are selling the car and already have a buyer and are just subtracting the price of the fix from the sale price. This is what I did last time and they just sent me a check. If it wasn't your fault than they have to do whatever you want.

I dont know why we have to show them a picture. I was thinkin about showing pics pre-wreck or just getting some one to photoshop it to make it look good lol. I would expect it to have been like last time I got rear ended. I did nothing and bought my Equips. The damage didn't bother me. But this time we are going through our own insurance since it was a hit and run incident I already ordered my csl trunk though and my bumper is already here. Oh well i'll get the rear end painted at a buddy's shop for cheap and call it a day.
