  • I **** to admit it, but driving my car sometimes gives me a headache, so much to worry about, front bumper, wheels with rubberband tires, almost static suspension, cranckcase, but when its parked it looks so pretty its almost worth it..... almost

I like driving my GF Malibu, dont have to worry about a thing, but she likes to go on road trips in my car wish means more weight, scraping, harder time to deal with all them speedbumps and ofcourse more burnt rubber odor coming from my wheelwells, smells soo good lol

    AmberLamps..... Get rid of them!

    • I'm maxed out on my coilovers, about to get new ones to go lower. I can't make it onto my school's parking structure, speedbumps, drive ways, etc. I just park a few blocks away and walk. I do it because it looks hard as fuck.

      • every single day and going lower,

scrape bowing roads, and shoot sparks throughout the night.

frame rails are bare and sway bar is flat on the bottom...

manhole cover was inch higher then the road...

replace it and movee onn love my lifestyle and cant explain why i do it.

        • My cars a daily. People try to tell me I can go lower pshhhh!

I can barely fit a credit card between the fender and tire while turning. I scrape everything more than 2" high. The worse is my exhaust but I can fix that,... sometime sooner or later. The putzes that put it on used crappy rubber in the hanger and it sags around my mid mufflers pretty bad. They didnt tuck the mid mufflers high enough from the start either.

No scares yet but I got stuck on a speed bump about 1/4 mile down a one way road. I figured no turning back so I went for it. Scraped till the rear end came off the ground and I couldnt get traction. Some kid that lived on that road had a basketball hoop with sand bags holding it down so I tossed some in the trunk and backed out.

I gave the kid back his sand to.

          • How do I drive low?

With the windows down, sunroof cracked, and a smile on my face.

            • I burn rubber every time I turn. My exhaust is practically flat, the frame is scraped away by about 1/2in in some spots, my automatic sump scraped everywhere and is the reason my trans started to go out, and the flex bar in the front is flat.

It sucks not being able to go on half the roads around my hometown. A 5 minute drive takes about triple that now. But the feeling is just indescribable. I love it.

                          • Daily height is currently 2" ground-to-bumper. I'm gonna drop it more once I get out of Colorado and back to San Diego. Probably get down around 1.5" or so...

                              • I busted a fog and cracked my bumper a few days ago when I exited my work's parking garage and scraped the front bumper heavily. My first lowness injuries on the Touring, yay!
