Ammonia or a steamer.

Get some of those big black trash bags. The kind you use to put dead bodies in. I mean leaves, in the fall. Those big black trash bags. Slice them down the side and bottom so you get a nice big black plastic sheet. Spray the window with some ammonia, and cover it with the trash bag. The bag will stick to the glass because it's wet, and keeps the ammonia from evaporating. Now GTFO, rapdily. Let it soak for like an hour, and come back. Your tint should be just about falling off the glass now. Use glass cleaner, razor blades, plastic scrapers, and rags to clean up. On the rear window, don't use the razor blade. Like Ollie said, you can mess up your defroster. Plastic scraper ftw on defrosters.

Try not to breath the ammonia. It's not very easy on the lungs. A respirator is nice, but opening all the doors and putting fans on one side of the car to pull air out has worked well for me in the past. If it's a coupe, I'd try to find a respirator. I removed the tint on my old Civic coupe and ended up coughing and having chest pain for the next 2 days.
