I don't have that kind of issue haha, just had 2 hours of sleep on Friday night (worth it though to raise $1000 for THON the next day), and last night was an awful nights sleep.

But I know what you're going through and it sucks lol.

And being completely honest, I have used Nikons (used a D90 quite a bit this weekend), and if you aren't too deep into Nikon currently. I'd jump over to Canon, I personally think they have much better offerings in terms of cameras and lenses.

I have a Canon now, just a powershot, but I've had it for 4 years and am ready to move on. I've never used any of the more expensive cameras, would be nice if I could rent one from a local store.

I'm just starting on upgrading my Canon 1000D as I feel I've hit my limit with it at the moment. Got £550 saved up so far, in a little unbreakable camera pot.
