well if you clear the brake calipers now, you shouldn't have problems, however you said the wheels are 18x8 +35 stock and that puts them very much into the coilover scrubbing territory, how is the clearance on the inside?

They are fine now, but I haven't put on my coils yet.....But that will be done very soon

yeah stock struts have plenty of clearance, but i know that for a 9" wide wheel +20-22 is the limit before touching the coilover, and your 8 +35 would have an equivalent inner clearance of a 9 +22...

nah yeah, you can go ahead and order the front lips, since they won't change any clearance issues on the inside,
you just might need to run a 3-5mm slip on spacer
