Yeh, I think Sony is trying to blame it all on Anon. But Anon said they 'ceased fire' a couple of days ago, although there could be independent hackzorz. But Sony's security is supposedly pretty bad, and they're trying to fix it while blaming the fact the PSN is still down on Anon.
