Sometimes I wish my roommates were not all car guys. I have nit been to the gym in a month. All I eat is junk food. And all I want is to spend all my money on cars (more then usual) lol

98% of the time, I find working on the car, to work more muscles than going to the gym could. I also come out dirtier, and feeling much more like a boss.

There's two simple reasons for this. 1, you're doing it wrong in the gym and 2, you use your muscles so infrequently that your body thinks any physical activity is brutal.
