I didn't notice much difference if any between the wheels. Maybe the Gen 2 PBM roller has harder urethane, maybe I just got used to the PBM right away. I've only used an Eastwood twice.
My wheel has a gouge or two from people I've lent it to, but it's rolled a couple dozen cars now and it's still going strong.
