yea, just busy at work. checking in every so often. the thread seems to be moving pretty quick at the moment.

My dad and I run HPDEs on VIR and last time (in october) my dad got passed by an EG hatch with a B18C5 in it. My dad was driving the V8 E90 M3. He got off track and was like "that thing had to be boosted or something theres now way it was that fast NA" and I went over and talked to the guy afterwards because I liked the car and he was like yeah man its a regular stock internal B18C5 just with intake and exhaust. The car was gutted too. It was a funny day.

my Eg was gutted as well. I had a worked up N/A GSR. Put down 201hp to the front wheels. but, i ended up blowing up the motor. oil pump broke, rod bent, crank bearing journal number 3 went egg shapped, marked up cylinder wall number 3 from the rod. sold the hatch as a rolling sheel for $2g

So much work and money into all motor and not make power (relatively) compared to boost.

If I went all motor, I'd have a B18 2.0L Brian Crower stroked engine.

i know its hard to make good power with n/a, but, i'm tired of seeing all these boosted honda's and other turbo cars in my area, and how they are all like "Look at me, i put on a boost controller, exhaust and a tune, and added like a bazillion horsepower!"

One day I will do that. I've wanted to do it forever.

i will too, but first, i'm getting my NSX. or maybe build up a s2k
