I know a decent amount about them... and really the s2k and 350z are such even competitors that I can't decide.
s2k's are prettier, but they are expensive as hell to do anything to.
350z's are cheaper to mod and have a much larger base IMO, but don't look as nice.

hahah idk about the tranny part. mine is alright but deffff not bulletproof. Just pointless to drop a motor with pretty much the same stock hp unless your putting a good sized turbo on it.
Yeahhh i've heard about the diff problems. and thats partially why im getting rid of the s13. but I don't think a stock s2k will have trouble. im not going anywhere near high horsepower for a while. lol

Not saying the sr transmission is bullet proof, its just stronger than the s2k
also iirc you can do a z32 and z33 transmission if you wanted to.
I would do the SR swap if I got a shell or s2k with blown motor
I might buy my friends newly repainted s2k with with only 58k on the clock. Was drivin by a grandma before my friend had it too. plus it has a hardtop, d2 coils, exhaust and intake already.
