thats why getting a car working on it and then getting registration would be almost impossible

thats why i have to rule out most cars that have big moddifications done unless the seller provides the certificate of road worthiness

Once it is registered though, do you ever have to re-register, or have it looked at or anything like that? Or if you buy a stock car, register it then, and then build it are you ok?

once its done, you dont have to ever get it inspected, unless the friendly police officers issue you with a defect notice

which in most cases means returning the car back to stock to pass the road worthy inspection

car hunting is going pretty slow

i did find an E21 BMW 323i for sale for $1.4k or near offer
seems in quiet alright condition
there is only just surface rust starting to appear on the roof where the paint has faded but i couldn't notice any rust bubles anywhere around the car in the photos, dont know if i should go inspect it

i realy need a car which i can just buy and drive straight away, not something that would need work to get it onto the road
