I have personally accomplished a not-so-stealthy escape from a noob copper, in this fashion. Turbo civic on mostly straight backroads vs. a crown vic...LOLERCOPTER. Except for when she passed me going the other way when I was almost home. Good thing I didnt have a front plate on the car.
