I run and lift. Or used to lift. Been out of the weight room about 3 months now.
Can't wait to get back in to it. For a skinny miler, I was proud of getting 200 on bench (took about 4 months of lifting, but I got there).

I just had an epiphany, I just realized how dumb it when we describe how awesome something is with swears.

Examples:

Shit is dope.


There are many more, but you guys get the idea. Gunna try and cut down on saying it. Unless something is utterly mind blowing. And even then I don't know if I will. :/
