02-03 was still the ap1 chassis. smaller motor, higher redline, more aggressive suspension and gearbox. but they changed to the glass back window in 02. 00-01 was plastic back window. then n 04 it changed to ap2. 2.2L 4cyl. same hp, more tq. lower redlined. softer suspension and less agressive gearbox. also bigger wheels and slightly different front and rear bumpers. and it had led tails
