I've wondered this myself.
I get pulled over for just having my car lowered with loud exhaust. I always have my front plate.

I have connections in my town. last time I got pulled over the officer told me that my car stinks I told him I have a card he let me go after a few other questions. Also I drive around 4 months w euro plates because I didn't have any paper wOrk for the car. I also have been smoking every day for the last 7-8 years so it's hard to tell when I am hight.....

Yeah being high and driving is not like being drunk and driving haha, generally if you've been smoking for awhile the only way to tell would be red eyes. Even then, allergies or eye drops and you're gravy.
