I dislike trucks such a large about, you could call it a major displeasure. I wish there was a word for that...

But seriously, I could never, ever daily drive a truck. I had to drive my dad's GMC Sierra Z71 for a week or so this winter, and I ***** every minute of it.

Father-in-law has a pickup, dad has a pickup as a back-up that I can borrow at any time, and my mother drives an Envoy Denali. If I need one for a short time, I have plenty of places to go.

If I do end up getting a place with some property, I offered to buy my dad's '02 Sierra from him as a cheap truck to own. It's got 100k+ on it, but he's always taken great care of it.

Way to go man. The GF's Dad had an 84 F-250 that I was going to buy but his other daughters wite trash husband tried to fix it. He left a can of carb clean and a couple oil soaked rags under the hood and it caught fire in a bank drive-through. He made it out (lucky as he's 84 this year) but it burned up my MIG and plasma cutter. I almost drove to Oregon and burned their house to the ground.
