No, I just decided to give up the great gas mileage and reliability of the e30 for a gas guzzling pain in the ass of a headache 7 series. I like repairing shit every three days.

those were factory upgraded 4 pistons introduced in 06. with only 30k in it you should be fine. If you get it I'd say go get one of those clear front vinyl's, Subaru paint in notoriously weak. besides that you shouldn't have any problems unless you plan on pushing more power out of it.

IIRC the transmission is more stout than previous years and the motor is a slightly better design. I'd probably just do bolt ons and a reflash shooting for 280whp and lots of suspension shit for corners.
