every car has horror stories. like e46 tend to rip in half just before the rear axle and have to be welded back together again

Good point, but most that I would buy are preventable with either maintenance or upgrades.
IIRC you're pretty much SOL with the MS3

I have worked on a ms3 and ms6. I will never own one. Cool cars but a pain in the ass to tune and work on.
