Don't know if this has been posted, but I got a nice chuckle.

Maybe if I collect a garage full of wheels, I could then sell them all one day and put a deposit on a house...

But wheels are more economically viable for me as an investment, as I always buy them for less than their going rateDrinking Enthusiast with a Car Problem

In Melbourne 20ks from the city in the west side which is considered the worse side of town, I'd be looking at $300k+ for a 3 bedroom with a 2 car garage and a medium sized yard
20ks from the city in the east side is easily $500k+ for a similar houseDrinking Enthusiast with a Car Problem

Ny is so cramped that one block can mean hundreds of thousands of dollars in value.
I like where i live though, im rich enough to look down on people yet poor enough to eat all the delicious food they make.
but in all seriousness, i like living in culturally diverse areas. In long island, the good neighborhoods are 100% white with comittees that you have to apply to in order to buy the house, then once you get it, you have to have it a specific color blah blahLast edited by Jesus Christ; 11-19-2012, 08:16 PM.
