Sounds like my car.. I just did the MAF, it runs a lot better now, but it's still bogged down a bit. I've heard it "takes a little time" for the car to learn again to run properly. Fucking Nazi engineering.

Oh no, it just struggled like fuck to get anywhere, and misfired like a motherfucker. New MAF fixed it, but it still bogs a bit, I don't think the car has realized that it's got a new MAF, and hasn't really gone back to using the right mix. We'll see how it is at the end of today.
