Optimum Nutrition makes great products and Gold Standard whey is my protein shake of choice even though I rarely drink it. The chocolate flavors are ok, but the Vanilla is really good especially when it's mixed with milk.Originally posted by andybob View PostI'm glad your in here actually. Nice. I like chocolate and it doesn't have a lot of calories or anything which is why we bought some. Plus it has like 5.5 mg of BCAA'sOriginally posted by Jersh View PostOptimum Nutrition makes great products and Gold Standard whey is my protein shake of choice even though I rarely drink it. Yea, it's a really good shake. And the fact that it has BCAA's is good because it's not worth it to buy them on their own. After I ran out of my BCAA pills I didn't notice any difference in soreness levels post workout/on rest days, so I think it's just a placebo effect type thing.Originally posted by andybob View PostNice.
