 I know what you're saying P, and I should've been more specific cos I'm only referring to the steak I'm eating which is boneless & soy sauce marinated.
 
 But I wouldn't eat any type of steak like a New York or T-Bone with rice, maybe if it was prepped the same way but not just grilled/pan seared.
 
 No blood here either, I like med and up.
