i havent done my own research on the maintenance requirements for the s14, just wondering because i read here and there that its crazy expensive to maintain. that's one of the reasons why people pull it out in favor of an s50/s52.

As for record, you don't have that real S50 engine some S50B30US which has less power and less torque.. and so different maintain? on my point of view, old engines like S14, change what is broken and change oil as often as possible..
