Well you can get your smithing to lvl 100 quite easy and that will get you a few lvls.
All you need to do is buy all the iron ingots and ore from the blacksmiths and the leather strips. Then go to a forge and make heaps of iron daggers and then resell them.
And also if you run into people who can lvl skill up for money always do it even if its not a skill you use at all.
