Yeah he's had a bit of a flare up so there's discussion of Chemo, but he's cheeky as ever and apart from that is doing well! Hope your discussion goes well and you get a positive answer. Have you heard of Infliximab? It worked well for Ro for about a year, but he is post-op.

Yes, I was on infliximab (Remicade) but it stopped working. now I do at home injections of humira but that only works when I take prednisone. prednisone is very harmful to the body, I have had some bad reactions and unfortunately am dependent on it. I think surgery is my best option.

yeah infliximab seems to stop working at about a year, really strange.
i'm happy to talk about brother's experiences with surgery if its decided its the best option, i know its a huge change but also a huge relief if they get it all!
