Big thing I want is the new notification thing. Its similar to how a droid works.

New notifications thing is fucking awesome. Haven't even used iCloud yet.

So far I really like.
New keyboard shortcuts for texting.
Notifications.
iMessage.
Reminders.
Camera app.

Nah Siri is just on the 4S, and I wouldn't use it really because I'm not one to leave voice notes.

But the Reminders app works quite similarly, however, and is really really awesome. Been looking for an app that would do just what it does for so long, so glad they finally have something that does exactly what I was looking for in a nice simple design.
