We took delivery of a 2.5 tdi BMW estate today. She is the engine and gearbox donor car for the F-100. Didn't get much of a look around but she's a 1990s E36.

I'm going to see if I can save the shell, as she's solid, and will only be missing an engine. Red is very faded and paintwork obviously isn't the best, but there's only a little rust around the edges from what I can see.
If I can get a nice small engine in there, we're on a roll.

Edit: are we having a mourning period for Oxer or..?

ended up just loosening a bunch of bolts, spraying down the rest
for some reason I don't have a short 21mm socket :/
so I'm going to have to wait till tomorrow to take of the FLCA's might need a press, a torch, and a couple other things as well
